What is Chelsea Bakery?We have run Chelsea Bakery for the last five-and-a-half years. We have an amazing team of three, who make all the sandwiches, pies, and rolls, and cook all the breakfast foods! When we first started here, there was a lot of competition. We priced our food at a fair rate, and gradually our customer base started to pick up. This year we won an award for our slow-cooked lamb pie, which was great for a small business like us – especially with all the competition around.
